The Office Of Clinical Legal Education As A Legal Resource

The SU Office of Clinical Legal Education provides representation to individuals and groups in Syracuse and neighboring communities who cannot afford private attorneys or who cannot obtain other available legal assistance. If you are interested in obtaining legal services from one of our clinics, please send a one-page letter describing your case to:

Criminal cases are not accepted on a referral basis.  For services from the Community Development Law Clinic, please call our office for the clinic director's e-mail.

The SU Office of Clinical Legal Education does not provide representation to current students or employees of Syracuse University. Undergraduate students may obtain assistance by contacting Student Legal Services at 443-4532. Employees and graduate students may contact the Onondaga County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service for assistance at 471-2667.
