EXTERNSHIPS 10/2020

SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF LAW

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Externships 10 has moved to a fully virtual event on October 21-23, 2020.

The planning committee is working to finalize the agenda which will include plenaries, space for group discussions, a selection of concurrent sessions, and opportunities to formally and informally connect with other attendees around topics that matter to you.

X10: “20/20 Vision for the Future”

Externships 10 provides the opportunity to look ahead at the role of externships in law school curriculum. Expanding international programs, ever evolving technology, and online degree programs are changing how and where legal education is delivered. At the same time, courts, bar examiners and bar associations are increasing the focus on experiential learning as part of the J.D. experience. This conference provides the opportunity to build on the Externships 9 theme “Coming of Age” by exploring the role of externships in a rapidly changing world.
