Apply for Admission

To Prepare:

  1. Obtain a score on the LSAT
  2. Register with the Credential Assembly Server (CAS) at https://os.lsac.org/Release/Logon/Access.aspx
  3. Obtain transcripts of all previous college or university study and submit through CAS
  4. Obtain up to 3 letters of recommendation
  5. Note: Financial Aid deadline of February 15

To Apply Online:

  1. Click on this link: Fall 2012 JD Application
    1. You will be taken to the LSAC web site to complete your online application and submit all necessary supporting materials.
    2. If you have not yet applied to any law school, you’ll be required to register with LSAC
    3. If you have an account with LSAC, you will use your User ID and Password to log into the system
  2. Fill out the 2012-2013 Syracuse University College of Law Financial Aid Application

To Apply By Mail:

  1. Download and complete the Admissions Application Form (PDF)
    1. This form can be completed directly on the PDF by clicking the purple bar that appears at the top of the PDF when it opens
  2. Print and sign the completed Admissions Application Form
  3. Send the form, along with all supporting materials and application fee of $75 to:
    Office of Admissions and Financial Aid
    Syracuse University College of Law
    Suite 340
    Syracuse, New York 13244
  4. Fill out the necessary paperwork for financial aid.
