The United States District Court for the Northern District of New York: Looking Back Over Twenty Five Years

Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. L'64, George H. Lowe and James H. McGowan will participate in an interactive discussion about the history of, and practice before, the Court over the past 25 years. The discussion is presented by the Federal Court Bar Association of the Northern District of New York and will be moderated by Mitchell J. Katz, its President-Elect.
