While elder law remains an emerging field within other law schools, Syracuse Law has been impacting scholarship and the practice of elder law since our Elder Law Program was established. Today, it’s one of the only programs of its kind in the country that brings together practice, scholarship, and interdisciplinary collaborations within the field of elder law.


Syracuse Law’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Receives Maximum Grant

Professor and Associate Director of Clinical Programs Rob Nassau announced that the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC), which he directs, has received the maximum grant that is permissible for such clinics: $100,000.
