Professor Bybee Discusses Supreme Court’s New Term

The first Monday in October is around the corner and that means that the Supreme Court’s new term is almost upon us. Like many Court watchers, I am interested in upcoming cases concerning affirmative action, the death penalty, and electoral redistricting. But I will not be paying attention only to what the Court decides. I will also be looking to see how the justices frame their disagreements and present their work.
