Professor Ghosh to Conduct Webcast on Supreme Court Case Cuozzo Speed Technologies, LLC v. Lee

Professor Shubha Ghosh, Crandall Melvin Professor of Law and Director of the Technology Commercialization Law Program, will conduct a webcast on the Cuozzo Speed Technologies, LLC v. Lee case that is being argued before the Supreme Court. The webcast will be Thursday, April 21 from 1 P.M. to 2:15 P.M.

College of Law Holds First Course on Land Use Planning and Public Regulation in Italy
