College of Law Welcomes Tillman Scholar Robin Evans to the Class of 2021

Robin Evans, a 2018 Tillman Scholar, will matriculate at the College of Law this fall with the Class of 2021. Evans, soon to retire as a lieutenant colonel in the US Army with 22 years of military experience, is the first Tillman Scholar at the College of Law.
