Alumnus Joseph R. Biden Jr. Nominated for U.S. Vice President

 U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr. L'68 has been selected to run for vice president of the United States by Democratic Party nominee Barack Obama.

 "This is an historic moment for our College of Law community," Dean Hannah R. Arterian says. "Sen. Biden's 35 years of public service to the American people, combined with his selection as a nominee for vice president of the United States, is an inspiration to our law students and the entire SU community."
