Chris Jennison 3L Argues for Adoption of Uniform Bar Exam at ABA House of Delegates Meeting

Chris Jennison 3L, law student member of the American Bar Association (ABA)  Board of Governors, recently argued in favor of states to adopt the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) at the ABA House of Delegates Meeting. The House adopted Resolution 109, which urges bar admission authorities to “adopt expeditiously” the UBE.

Jennison commented, “widespread adoption of the UBE would make the bar exam less costly and more efficient for recent graduates already saddled with astronomical debt.”
