Nancy Fischer L’92 Discusses International Trade Law in DC

Nancy Fischer L’92, a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C., recently hosted a seminar on international trade law and dispute resolution for students participating in the Semester in Washington D.C. externship program. 

Fischer discussed her career path, from selecting the College of Law to becoming a biglaw partner who oversees 60 attorneys that are involved in compliance matters related to export controls and embargoes, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, trade remedy laws, customs law and WTO and NAFTA disputes.
