Professor Sales Discusses Recent Developments in the Clinton Email Scandal

Associate Professor of Law Nathan Sales recently spoke with CBS New York on the latest developments in the Clinton Email scandal, including the recent State Department Inspector General report.

Sales noted to CBS New York, “Clinton faces possible legal exposure on two fronts: the 2009 Federal Records Act for using a non-governmental email server, and Title 18, Chapter 37 of the U.S. Code, which covers handling of classified material.”
