Professor Sales Participates in Executive Power and National Security Debate at Yale Law School

Associate Professor of Law Nathan Sales recently participated in a debate panel on the topic “What is the Proper Scope of Executive Power in the National Security Realm?” at Yale Law School.

The debate panel was held in honor of Constitution Day by the Guido and Steven G. Calabresi Constitutional Law Fund.

Yale Law School Professor Oona Hathaway was the moderator, with panelist Sales; Faiza Patel, co-director of the Liberty & National Security Program at the Brennan Center; Christopher Schroeder, professor of law and public policy at Duke University, and Ilya Somin, professor of law at George Mason University.
