Professor Snyder Comments on Possible Terrorism Charges in Samy Hamzeh Case

Visiting Assistant Professor of Law William Snyder recently comments to the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel on a domestic terrorism case and whether federal terrorism charges can be applied.
In the article, Snyder notes, "Charging decisions in cases involving suspected terrorists should be driven by a single goal: getting the suspect off the street before he can act.”
