University Professor David Driesen is quoted in a Wired article, remarking on the legal implications of investigations targeting Exxon Mobil for lying about the risks of climate change.

In the article, Driesen states, “Climate disruption is a risk to Exxon in two basic ways. One is through directly disrupting their refineries and drilling operations. And the second is through regulatory risks.”
