Emilee Lawson Hatch is a Member/Partner in the Trusts and Estates Planning Practice Group with Bousquet Holstein. She has been with the firm since 2009 and has been in the Syracuse area since 2006. She is a native of the Rocky Mountains, where she grew up in Evergreen, Colorado. Since settling in Syracuse, Emilee has developed a broad and sophisticated client base.
Emilee concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and gift taxation. She teaches estate planning at the Syracuse University College of Law. She is a graduate of the SU College of Law where she obtained her JD in 2008, and of the University of Miami School of Law where she obtained her LL.M. in Estate Planning in 2009.
Emilee is a previous author of the Syracuse Law Review’s Trusts and Estates Survey of New York Law.
