Andrew S. Horsfall is the Assistant Dean of International Programs at Syracuse University College of Law. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s College of Arts & Sciences and Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. He worked at Syracuse University Abroad before commencing his legal education. While in attendance at the College of Law, Mr. Horsfall was the Senior Notes Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and an Associate Editor of The Labor Lawyer.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Horsfall was an associate attorney at the Syracuse law firm of Smith, Sovik, Kendrick, & Sugnet, P.C. handling professional liability and insurance coverage matters.
At the College of Law, Mr. Horsfall directs the Office of International Programs where he oversees the College’s portfolio of international programs, engages in new program development, and contributes to efforts that strengthen institutional partnerships and elevate the profile of the College abroad.
He is a member of the New York State Bar and holds professional affiliations with the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also Vice President of the Central New York Chapter of the Fulbright Association and a member of the Phi Beta Delta professional society for international scholars.
