Wellness Wednesdays are programs sponsored by the Office of Student Life to promote overall mental, physical, and spiritual well being throughout a student’s educational career at Syracuse University College of Law. Learn about the various programs and resources available throughout campus

October 7th
Time and Stress Management
Helpful tips on managing time and stress while in law school

November 11th
Safety Awareness
Officers from the Department of Public Safety will provide safety tips as well as speak about the safety programs in place throughout campus

5-Minute Massages
Students are able to take a few moments to relax with free, 5-minute chair massages
