Ms. Eveleigh concentrates her practice on litigation of environmental regulation, environmental compliance, land use and zoning issues, intellectual property, employment and administrative matters in state and federal courts. 

Ms. Eveleigh has represented industrial and commercial clients before state agencies, municipalities, and the trial and appellate courts of the state. She served as lead counsel for the permitting of large-scale industrial projects and the resulting litigation with state and local regulators.  Ms. Eveleigh has successfully represented specialized trade associations before state agencies and courts challenging proposed regulations affecting industry and was environmental counsel and project manager to New York State for the development of a wireless communications system for emergency first responders (police, fire and emergency medical services) throughout the state. She recently played a key role in litigating one of the few cases to have been decided under the state brownfields statute.  

Ms. Eveleigh earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review, and was a member of both the Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honor Society. She has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Syracuse University College of Law, teaching in the emerging area of environmental enforcement.  She is a frequent lecturer on subjects as diverse as environmental quality review, land use and zoning, brownfields, environmental developments, intellectual property and legal writing.
