Aliza M.   Milner

Professor Milner teaches legal writing and civil procedure. Her teaching reflects the study of decision-making, writing, and the contemplative practice of law. She assists students seeking judicial clerkships as Chair of the Judicial Clerkship Committee and serves as an Associate Editor for Legal Communication & Rhetoric: JALWD. Before joining the faculty, Professor Milner clerked for three Maryland appellate judges: Andrew L. Sonner, Alan M. Wilner, and Patrick L. Woodward. She also served as Assistant Legal Counsel to the Governor of Maryland, Parris N. Glendenning.
